At Breezeno, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in the quality of our wind chimes and want every order to bring you joy and peace. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@breezeno.com.
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your wind chime arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products.
If you wish to exchange for a different design, please return the item and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
