What makes Breezeno wind chimes unique?

Each Breezeno wind chime is thoughtfully crafted with high-quality, weather-resistant materials to create soothing, balanced tones.

We combine artistic design with mindful craftsmanship to bring calm and harmony to your indoor and outdoor spaces.

Where do you ship from?


All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. facilities and partner warehouses.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 1–2 business days


Shipping time: 2–4 business days

Most customers receive their orders within 3–6 business days from the purchase date.

How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page by entering your tracking number.

Do you offer expedited shipping?


Yes. At checkout, you can select Expedited Shipping for faster delivery (within one week).

This option is ideal if you need your order to arrive sooner.

What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

What if my wind chime arrives damaged or defective?


We’re very sorry if that happens!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@breezeno.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Yes!
