Shipping policy

At Breezeno, we want your wind chimes to arrive in perfect condition, ready to bring harmony to your home. We take great care in packaging each order and strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

We process orders from Mon-Fri (excluding Sat-Sun and US federal holidays).

  • Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We offer shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note: Delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include the processing time required to prepare your order.

3. Secure Packaging Commitment

We understand that wind chimes are delicate. Every piece is inspected and packed using high-quality, protective materials (including reinforced boxes and bubble wrap) to ensure that your chimes arrive safely, without damage, ready to be hung and enjoyed.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your package by clicking the link provided in the email or by visiting our "Track Your Order" page.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Breezeno only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@breezeno.com. Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the package condition so we can resolve the issue for you quickly.
