Refund & Return Policy

At Breezeno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wind chime doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with U.S. consumer standards and California state guidelines.

1. Return Window

  • 30-Day Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returned items.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Breezeno will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Since wind chimes are delicate, please provide a photo of the damage when contacting us.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind (e.g., sound, color, or size preference):

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Step 1 - Authorization: Email support@breezeno.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2 - Packaging: Securely package the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  • Step 3 - Shipping: Follow the specific instructions provided in our return authorization email.

4. Important: Return Address & Authorization

To ensure your refund is processed accurately:

  • Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by our team. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be refused or delayed.

  • Warehouse Address: For security and logistics reasons, Breezeno does not use our corporate Irvine office for returns. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct U.S. warehouse address via email.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent to the wrong address or without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

6. Exchanges

Need a different model or color? Contact us at support@breezeno.com. We will facilitate a U.S.-based exchange based on our current inventory.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized/personalized wind chimes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
