At BREEZENO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wind chime doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with U.S. consumer standards and California state guidelines.
1. Return Window

30-Day Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returned items.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, BREEZENO will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Since wind chimes are delicate, please provide a photo of the damage when contacting us.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind (e.g., sound, color, or size preference):

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

Step 1 - Authorization: Email support@breezeno.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Important: Return Address & Authorization
To ensure your refund is processed accurately:

Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by our team. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be refused or delayed.

Warehouse Address: For security and logistics reasons, BREEZENO does not use our corporate Irvine office for returns. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct U.S. warehouse address via email.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent to the wrong address or without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

Need a different model or color? Contact us at support@breezeno.com. We will facilitate a U.S.-based exchange based on our current inventory.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized/personalized wind chimes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
