Return & Refund Policy

At Breezeno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our wind chimes and aim to ensure that every order brings joy and harmony to your space. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@breezeno.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

2. Return Window We accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your wind chime must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all included components.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
  • Please note: Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for a return.

4. Restocking Fee We aim to keep our pricing fair for all customers.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: No restocking fee applies if the item you received is damaged or defective.
  • Change of Mind Returns: For returns initiated due to a "change of mind" or personal preference, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the costs of inspection, quality verification, and re-packaging.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at support@breezeno.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will provide a prepaid shipping label or offer a replacement, ensuring you are not responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Exchanges If you would like to exchange your wind chime for a different style, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the preferred product. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for you.
